Test at Home: Before bed, apply the two soft wireless patches and finger sensor, then start the test in the app. You’ll test for 2–3 nights to capture a more complete, accurate picture of your sleep. After each night of testing, Wesper will send you an early report recapping your sleep habits and breathing from the night before.

View Your Results: After your final night, all that sleep data is securely uploaded and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician. Your detailed report is typically ready within a few business days.

Your Wesper Home Sleep Test includes a reusable monitoring device that must be returned to sleeping.com after your test is complete. Your test fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable regardless of whether the device is returned.

The device must be returned within 60 days of delivery using the prepaid return envelope included with your order. Failure to return the device within this window will result in a non-return fee of up to $250 charged automatically to the payment method on file.

How to Return Your Device

Fee Waiver

The non-return fee will be waived or refunded if the device is returned within 90 days of delivery. If the fee has already been charged, it will be refunded to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned device. Way, way, WAY better than an in office sleep study
For my original diagnosis and prescription I was only aware of the clinical in office sleep study. Trying to sleep in a foreign environment with a stranger watching over me, hooked up to a bunch of wires and hoses... well, needless to say, I don't know how they was able to capture any results as it was near impossible to sleep.
Doing the test at home, in my own bed, next to my spouse, with and not feeling like I was hooked up to the matrix was certainly the preferable way to go and well worth the cost (and not having to deal with insurance was an additional plus). I couldn't feel the sleep test equipment, slept like a baby. And I got the results the next day.

Shockingly easy
Really impressed with how fast and easy everything was. Showed up in 3 days and took less than 5 minutes to get everything set up. The kit was really nice too, and everything felt very well-made. I personally hate the feeling of anything sticky on my skin, but the patches didn't trigger me at all, and didn't leave any residue after I took them off. The watch they have you wear was comfortable too, or at least I didn't really notice it after a few minutes. The app gives you a report in the morning and it was really interesting to see how many events I was having and how my sleep changed through the night and in different positions. They even give you a bag to mail it back in, and I got my final results a couple days later. Turns out I have mild sleep apnea, so they gave me a prescription for a mouthguard. I was surprised that I didn't have to talk to anyone before or after the test. Overall it was very easy and really insightful too! Makes me want to get a full-time sleep tracker because the data was really interesting to see.
